Production Base
The company currently has two production bases, with more than 120 employees, producing 250,000 hose clamps per day. It has a large number of precision processing equipment and a complete set of quality testing equipment, including more than 100 large and small punching machines. The pneumatic punching machines used for blanking and hoop head production have a high degree of automation. In addition, there are more than 30 spot welders, 6 wire-cutting machines, 3 lathes, and 3 grinding machines. The company also has its own mold manufacturing workshop, which is specifically responsible for providing molds for new product development and normal workshop production.
